- 8+ years Unity engineering experience across full game lifecycle
- Strong C# and object-oriented architecture in Unity
- Experience shipping PC/console titles in senior role
- Deep understanding of gameplay systems: combat AI, narrative systems, maps, backend systems
- Experience building scalable game architecture and frameworks
- Knowledge of DevOps workflows (Unity Cloud Build, Bitbucket or similar)
- Strong experience with turn-based or systemic gameplay design
- Familiarity with performance optimization and profiling
- Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical direction
- Experience integrating narrative tools, localization, and VO systems
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and cross-discipline collaboration
- Comfortable working in agile, remote team environments
