Not “I’ll bounce between these real quick.” One task. One focus. One lane. 🧠 Tactical Move: • Write down your top 3 tasks • Pick the ONE that matters most • Set a 25-minute timer • Work only on that — no switching, no “real quick” detours When the timer ends? Take a break… then pick your next tab. That’s it. That’s the system. Because multitasking isn’t a flex…it’s why nothing’s finished. Focus is your cheat code.
