Here’s the truth nobody wants to admit: You don’t need a whole day. You need 15 uninterrupted minutes. Today’s tactic is called The 15-Minute Lie — because you tell your brain it’s “just 15 minutes” and then casually get way more done than expected. 🧠 Tactical Move: - Pick ONE task you’ve been avoiding - Set a 15-minute timer - No optimizing. No prepping. No side quests. - Start messy. End better than before. When the timer ends, you’re allowed to stop. (But odds are… you won’t.) Momentum > motivation.Always. Let’s call it like it is: Your mood does not get to be the boss of your progress today. This week’s mayhem: Do one thing that creates momentum — even if you’re not feeling it. Not the biggest task. Not the most impressive one. Just the move that gets you out of neutral. Open the doc. Reply to the message. Set the timer. Make the list. Momentum doesn’t come after motivation — it creates it. Alright Rebels… we’re officially coming out of winter-storm mode. The ice is melting, the roads are (mostly) passable, and we can finally leave the house without feeling like we’re in a survival documentary. If you’re feeling: - restless after being cooped up - low-energy but stir-crazy - relieved but weirdly drained - or like your body forgot how to be a person in public That checks out. Storm mode does that. Here’s your reminder as we thaw out: You don’t have to snap back to “normal” just because the weather did. Slow re-entry is allowed. So let’s check in:👉 What’s the first gentle thing you want to do now that you can get out again? Coffee run? Errand reset? Fresh air main character moment? Drop it below.
