What is a practice you do every day?
Did you know that consistent practice of one positive coping mechanism can rewire your brain? This week on the podcast I shared some examples with scientific evidence explaining why daily rituals or practices are so beneficial. These practices actually change the brain chemistry and promote emotional well-being. Some examples: ✨ creativity ✨ journaling ✨ prayer and meditation ✨ nature, getting outside ✨ physical movement I go into each of these a little bit deeper in the podcast to grasp the importance of daily rituals.
