I’m attaching a little video. And I have a special assignment for you this week. We grow by taking action. Maybe baby steps maybe huge significant changes. I know how important it is to infuse these practices in your daily life. Today is my grandson Willy‘s angelversary and although I’ve had moments of sadness, I am still embracing these moments of joy, happiness in peace throughout the day and that is what I want for you too!

I Wonder, Why Me
Becoming a grief coach was never something I chose. It was born out of the hardest parts of my story — walking through pathways of tremendous loss that I never would’ve asked for. Even now, there are moments I still whisper to myself, “Why me?” Maybe you’ve asked that too. When we lose a loved one, a job, a home, or even our health, it’s only human to question: Why me? Here’s the truth I’ve learned: ✨ Sometimes there’s no “suitable” answer. ✨ Sometimes we’ll never know. ✨ But we can shift the question. Instead of “Why me?” I started to ask, “What am I gonna do with this?” That’s when I decided to move forward with the Creative Grief Freedom Formula — a pathway of self-discovery, creativity, and spiritual growth through grief. I feel very fortunate to be here with you, leading and walking alongside you, as we learn together how to hold our grief with grace while still choosing to create beauty, meaning, and freedom. 💛 I’d love to hear more about your story. When have you asked, “Why me?” And what helped you take even the smallest step toward “What now?” Drop a note in the comments — you never know who you’ll help! .

What is Your Morning Practice?
Every morning I start by listing 6 things I’m grateful for .. even when I don’t feel like it! 🌿 Grief can make our brains feel foggy, heavy, and stuck in survival mode. That’s why I love this one tiny habit that has such a big impact: ✨ List 6 things you are grateful for. It doesn’t have to be profound. It could be: - Morning coffee ☕ - A text from a friend 💌 - Sunshine on your face ☀️ - A favorite blanket 🧣 - My granddaughter’s laughter 🎶 - Quiet moments 🌙 Even when you don’t feel grateful, the simple act of writing these down starts to change your brain. Neuroscience shows that practicing gratitude rewires neural pathways, little by little, shifting us from despair toward hope. When grief brain feels overwhelming, this practice is like planting seeds. Over time, those seeds grow into resilience and a gentle reminder: light still exists, even here. 🌸 💛 What’s one thing you’re grateful for right now? Drop it below—I’d love to hear.
