Secured a 2-House Creative Deal Today
Quick win to share. I just secured a 2-house creative deal today. Nothing flashy, no hype — just conversations, patience, and structure. Posting this to remind everyone that deals don’t usually come from perfect setups or ideal timing. They come from staying in the game, following up, and being open to different structures. I’ll break this deal down in more detail soon, but for now I want to say this: if you’re analyzing deals, talking to sellers, or even just asking better questions, you’re doing the work that leads to wins like this. Keep going. Momentum comes from consistency.
