Beef & Book Choy with shitaki mushrooms
About a pound of steak pound thin and cubed
2 baby bok Choy leaves and stems separate
4 oz of sliced shitaki mushrooms
In a bowl place cubed meat with ginger, garlic, sesame oil, gochujang, soy sauce,salt and pepper
I eye balled it just do to taste. Let marinate
Stir fry until almost done add mushrooms and leaves then mushrooms,
