Welcome! This group teaches you how to build your own wholesale acquisition skills and gives you Dispositions support after you have a qualifying deal under contract.
STEP 1 — Introduce yourself.
Share your name, market, experience level, and 30-day goal. Do not post private seller or contract information publicly.
STEP 2 — Start with FREE 0 in the Classroom.
Choose one lead-generation path:
• Agent Outreach — Cash Wholesale
• Cold Calling
• Inbound / PPL
STEP 3 — Understand the responsibility split.
You handle acquisitions: qualification, comping, offers, negotiation, follow-up, and getting your own property under contract.
We provide training, scripts, systems, resources, guidance, coaching, and support.
Once you have a qualifying deal under contract, our operational role is Dispositions: helping market and sell the wholesale contract to cash buyers under the applicable written agreement.
STEP 4 — Learn before making offers.
Complete the Call Skills, Deal Lifecycle, and Comping modules. If you choose Cold Calling, complete the dedicated Cold Calling module from market selection through CRM follow-up and offer transition.
STEP 5 — Take one measurable action.
Make your first agent calls, prepare your first seller list, or complete your first comp—depending on your chosen path. Log every result and next action.
STEP 6 — Submit only under-contract deals to Dispositions.
Use the private intake route and include the executed agreement, deadlines, property facts, photos, comps, repair assumptions, access, title or escrow status, and known issues.
