Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to hold ourselves in.
To be smaller, quieter, more sensible more useful, more acceptable.
We learned to ask for permission — from work, from family, from circumstance, from timing — before we allowed ourselves to be.
Heres a thought:
You don’t need to earn permission to be . You don’t need to justify being creative. You don’t need approval to be joyful, uncertain, curious, or in-between.
You don't need Permission to be slow. Permission to be learning. Permission to be visible. Permission to rest without guilt. Permission to want more and appreciate what you have.
When you stop forcing yourself into who you think you should be, in essence you are creating space for who you already are - to breathe.
From that space…clarity softens in. Creativity wakes up. Self-trust begins again.
