5-day starter (copy/paste prompts)
- QS — Variation/EoT note (Day 1):“Draft a clear change/variation note for {{project}} using: {{facts/date/cause/drawings/spec refs}}. Include: Scope change, Causation, Time impact (days), Cost build-up (labour/plant/materials/prelims/OH&P), Assumptions, Risks, Attachments. {{location}} tone.
- Site — Daily/Weekly report (Day 2):“You are a Site Manager. Create a {{daily/weekly}} report for {{date}}. Sections: Progress by trade, Labour & plant (if stated), QA checks, H&S observations, Delays/blockers, Materials, Next plan. End with a bullet summary.”
