Cold Showers and fear
I have been consistent with the cold showers and it is a reminder that when we “feel” like not doing something because it is uncomfortable and scary, we tend to not do it (in life). The choices I have made, have been based out of fear and being uncomfortable. You are right I have stayed in my relationships longer than I needed to because out of fear. I have often not spoken out or said certain things because of fear. I have allowed fear to lead me for so long! I am not doing that anymore, it stops here. 💪🏽🙏🏽
