The easiest way to get useful replies is to introduce yourself in three lines:

Property: what and where (a two-bedroom condo near the ski hill, a lake cottage, a basement suite)

Who books it:who you think your guests are, or “not sure yet” if that is the honest answer

The thing that keeps coming back:the message, the turnover, the review, the question you answer every single week

That gives everyone enough context to point you to the right resource or share what worked for them, and it gives you a starting point for the Right Guest Framework before you open a single lesson.

Every day has a thread. Saturday is Stuck on Something Saturday for the problem that keeps returning. Sunday is System Sunday, where we fix one piece of the operation. Nothing to catch up on.
