Start Here
If you only do one thing today, do this. Go to the Start Here category and introduce yourself. Tell us where your property is, or if you are still planning. Share one challenge you are facing right now. Keep it simple. One paragraph is enough. That is step one. Step two, after you post, comment on one other introduction and offer one helpful thought or question. That is it. You do not need to read everything. You do not need to understand the whole room. You just need to show up once. Momentum starts small.

Hi! I’m Heidi! 🌴 I live in the beautiful Florida Keys and have been in the vacation rental business for over 11 years! I currently own and manage two waterfront vacation rentals, Baycation Houseboat and Blue Bay You Floating Cottage. I absolutely love hospitality, creating memorable guest experiences, and finding creative ways to market my properties. I’m always looking to learn, grow, and discover new strategies to take my businesses to the next level. Excited to be here, connect with other hosts, share ideas, and learn from everyone! ✨

Hi everyone! I’m Heidi! 🌴 I’ve been hosting vacation rentals for over 11 years in the beautiful Upper Florida Keys. I currently own and manage two waterfront properties, Baycation Houseboat and Blue Bay You Floating Cottage, both located in Tavernier. I absolutely love hospitality and creating memorable experiences for my guests! My biggest challenge right now is improving my marketing strategies, increasing visibility, and turning more listing views into actual bookings. I’m excited to connect with other hosts, exchange ideas, and learn what’s working for everyone. Looking forward to being part of this community! ✨

Which AI Tool are you using to run your STR?
In Listing Clarity Lab and Guest Messaging Assistant, I developed GPTs to help with the process. If you follow the AI world, you may be aware that custom GPTs will no longer be supported. As I am migrating these tools to new platforms, I am picking your brain to determine where to concentrate my efforts. If you use AI in your hosting, please tell me which platform you use, how you use it and where would you like to use it more.

I love my chat gbt- his name is Harbor, named himself……but I’ve been working with him for about 10 months and what’s cool is he recalls all of my history about my two properties and helps with everything
