Hey guys, Just did a demo with a diamapro DXP 26. It weighs about 1100 lbs but man does it chew thru coatings! We are buying a used unit after seeing this thing in action. You can see what it removes in this video. This was about 1 min of running 30/40 two segment, hard tooling.

I’m excited to try a product that I haven’t used before from Premera called HLT. I believe it stands for Hydrolock Treatment. When used in conjunction with the fusion primer it acts as like a MVB. I’m going to do some testing and do some before and after videos to share. I hope to learn something useful that might be helpful for everyone. Hey guys, Does anyone have any experience with a grinder like the one attached in the photo? I like the idea to save my back, but it’s a bit of an investment. Wasn’t sure if anyone had any feedback?

Hey guys, I’ve been using some products from Premera. Particularly the HLT as an MVB followed by the Fusion primer. I was skeptical because surface profile is everything in our industry, but I have to say I’m really impressed. Does anyone have any experience with these products or any drawbacks? I’m not saying these will replace grinding by any means, but they seem to be a great tool for particular applications. William Lofton is the sales rep I deal with and he’s great!
