I want to install an epoxy with flake in my enclosed trailer. The floor is 3/4 plywood. My thought process is Prime wood with acrylic primer Reinforce seams with mesh Roll first coat of resist epoxy Sand, wipe roll second coat and broadcast Two coats of urethane Any advice or ways to improve my process?

Hello all . I’ve just complete a 550m2 flake floor in a swimming pools changing rooms. We were initially asked to leave a 4-5 mm gap under the drains to allow for a sealant to go in there and now the customer has expressed concerns of the water puddling . What would you do? I’ll send you some pictures but I’m thinking of taping off around the perimeter of the drains. Around 200 mm around them, grinding , then use and epoxy SL up the the desired height, then I’ll use poly and flake into that. We had a Hot tire question and now I just wanted to see what your thoughts are about something that less fortunate of us have to deal with in the winter... those studs on tires do damage the topcoat more than normal, would you apply anything over top of poly top coat to give it more strength?

Went a little different this time, customers haven't even seen it, so hopefully it will be OK 😁 ,instead of trying to match the color, went complete opposite, the lid is just off, covered with same flake ... would you do it ? I just really like that dark color, it seemed like a good idea in the moment 🤷🏻‍♂️
