Reasons for product coming off

A lot of times when we see bubbling / product peeling ( like in the pic ) ,first thing comes to mind is bad prep, meaning didn't grind or surface was dusty ? But what are other possible reasons theoretically at least? I'm still battling with my decals, redoing them again and peeled the whole thing off and the product ( base layer ) was stuck to the decal more than to concrete, which made me very skeptical and obviously upset. I know for fact I grinded the surface and there was no dust, because I was prepping specifically for putting decals on and I acetone whiped it before putting the base layer. It was polyaspartic and after couple hours I slapped stickers on, highly doubt that sticker glue could have effected it, or could it? I won't be able to sleep at night now 😬 I cut the outlines of the stickers, so it didn't peel anything else and there's only gonna be foot traffic in there, but overall situation is not good. Any thoughts?
