Client handling

Yesterday was doing an estimate and everything is going pretty smooth, I tell him all the options, he asks questions and I answer ,blah blah blah all the small talk that I hate 🤦🏻‍♂️ but then he was like, so what sets you apart from others?...for some reason I didn't expect that , not that I just lost him right away, but that made me curious.

What would you say to this?

I couldn't really come up with anything fantastic, other than attention to details and that kinda stuff, but for the next time I'd probably like to be prepared a little better 😁
