£3k spent on property training 🤬
I've spent £10k plus on property training and networking over the last few years.
On one course with PIN (Simon Zutshi) I spent £3k in just 3 days. I know people who've spent £20k plus in just 5 days.
The property training industry is one to be aware of - I spent over £10k and it didn't transform me from landlord to full time property investor - as advertised.
But the training did give me loads of useful knowledge to add to my 20 plus year of property experience.
