Sell the News!
Headline of the day … Ā£9.5 TRILLION HEADED TO CRYPTO so the news says after the interest rate cuts that that ā€œRISK ONā€ investments such as crypto is where people WILL hedge to move their money to. This is the news trying to cream the retail market into putting in their savings to then use them for thier exit LIQUIDITY which is already lined up With my more recent education on here I’m starting to see this as the stories to spike interested in general folk to help all the WHALES and educated folk to exit on Time and to their plan! Things are hitting up folks !

The State Pension Doesn’t Matter!
This is a marmite opinion but if you are relying on the UK government or any government in your 60s or 70s you are knackered anyway! I’m sorry but Ā£220 ish per week is not enough to live on. In 25 years I’ve seen far too many contractors in their early 60s full of regrets. Their main regret is not investing earlier - it’s almost always about how they haven’t got enough to retire on! The government is not going to save you. Only you can do that - it’s a fact! Find out in my latest video how you can protect yourself with financial education šŸ“ˆšŸ“Š

Living in my 20’s and 30’s I never thought I would get ā€œoldā€ now in my 40’s looking further ahead is super important ! Another great way to look at securing our future peter
£3k spent on property training 🤬
I've spent Ā£10k plus on property training and networking over the last few years. On one course with PIN (Simon Zutshi) I spent Ā£3k in just 3 days. I know people who've spent Ā£20k plus in just 5 days. The property training industry is one to be aware of - I spent over Ā£10k and it didn't transform me from landlord to full time property investor - as advertised. But the training did give me loads of useful knowledge to add to my 20 plus year of property experience. Long story short - Module 2 (how to invest in property) is now available in Complete Investing Part 2. See the "CLASSROOM" for more info ā„¹ļø

I think diversification and not having all my eggs in one basket (property) for years and opening my eyes to crypto has migrated me across to this investing space. When the times right I feel I’ll get back on the horse , as you may be aware I still run a refurb business but personally investing in property isn’t my main goal at current . Doesn’t mean it’s not right . Just folk need to not take everything they read for granted as gospel and Do-their Own research If it doesn’t feel right it isn’t 100% of the time

I must conclude that I’ve literally Don’t go in social media such as ā€œthreads & X Anymore as there far too much scaremongers and rubbish’ Keep up the education and this will Help with our investing journey!

Another great little info! Think these are perfect length Peter and informative! I however have moved away from property . Been doing it 17!years and for me the returns just aren’t what they are … Bought one house 105k in 2007. Refurbished it. Flipped it to a rental . Rented it out for 14 years . Ā£200 mortgage Ā£560 rent . You could say 3k a year but that’s still maintenance. Tenant enquires , tax returns etc etc . Tenant moved out and needs another 10k refurb as well as a new boiler and flat roof whilst she lives there! The way the government wants you to jump through hoops now is inane and don’t get me started on tenants rights! and before anyone else jumps in…. A picture speaks a 1000 words… This is my quality of houses…. A mixed portfolio is great and definitely don’t put ALL eggs in one basket . I’ve learnt the hard way , but crypto investing beats property hands down year on year without fail ! Maybe I’ll go back to property one day . Never say never
