Here are my 3 main takeaways:
- Enjoy what you do or burn out.
- When you can't do more, start showing someone how you do it so they can learn, and you can focus on the next boss.
- To be exceptional, you must do more than deliver on your promise. You have to hold space for your members and treat everyone right.
