Starting February strongly. Getting Clients AND Keeping Clients> focusing on new clients all the time. Also keep in mind happy clients mean a lot of upgrades as well to your existing/future annual or backend offers. That's what helped us 3-5x our income on top of MRR. So that's another huge reason to work on better client success processes.
Our churn might increase when we scale. But we will always prioritize keeping it as low as possible. And I recommend you prioritize it as well. Not just with words, but with actions. You won't regret it. And the #1 way to do it is to LISTEN to your members and to make your community a little bit better every day based on their feedback. If you do that, no one can stop you.
