POTS/SIBO/HISTAMINE CONNECTION
Hi Friends, my daughter has been having symptoms in common with POTS and in my research I'm seeing a connection with POTS/SIBO/HISTAMINE. And the symptoms can also be linked to other autoimmune issues as well. Does anyone have any experience with POTS? Or any combination of these issues with similar symptoms? @Brittani Franczek you have Natalia's iris photos and have a session next week, Thank God. This has been such a frustrating road for her (and Mom 😪) I think her speaking with you 1:1 will be so helpful. It hits different hearing it from someone other than Mom The symptoms have kind of evolved over the years. We've done plenty of herbs, juicing, etc but are looking forward to a more organized protocol. - Anxiety - Light headed - Panic attacks- none recently - OCD - Heavy legs, low lower body circulation - Urinary issues like onset urgency - Sometimes rash/itchiness - Low salt - Restless legs - Etc I sense bacterial, gut, kidney, circulation issues. Electrolytes help and a few kind of bandaid treatments aswell but I'm looking to help her truly heal and be done with this. If anyone has any experience to share, I would greatly appreciate it 😊 I am so damn thankful for this community 🙌 🙏 ❤️
Herbs for SIBO & Rosacea
Hey @Agustina Calvitti <3 I saw your comment on loom for week one of the Healing on a Budget course. Ill post it here for everyone to benefit from this answer. "Hi! This is super useful :) What herbs would you recommend for treating SIBO and rosacea? Thanks :)" I'm assuming you're meaning what herbs to use for enemas but I'll specify for herbs to use from both ends :D So both of these are 2 different issues but stem from a common root cause. Elimination pathways not being open enough to take on all of the eliminative pressure that is occurring in the body. Because of this, the colon cannot fully get all of the lymph, toxins, and waste out. Bacteria (like SIBO) is a helper that tries to aid in the process of removing waste from the body by multiplying and feeding on the waste. The overgrowth comes from an imbalance of good/bad bacteria & lack of movement (or fluid flow) overall. So with this in mind I want to ask you, how are your daily bowel movements? Do you struggle with constipation or loose stools? Most people with SIBO also are experiencing constipation. Either way, enemas would absolutely be super supportive for you and I would recommend doing a tea with dandelion, red clover, and thyme. Dandelion supports the colon, kidneys, liver, and skin, while thyme has gentle, natural antibacterial properties to help combat the SIBO while improving the fluid flow all over the body. I would recommend red clover as an astringent "puller" to help remove whatever is causing the congestion, which I'm willing to bet is either old fecal matter or interstitial lymphatic constipation... or a mix of both which is not uncommon. Start with water enemas first if you're not familiar with them, then get these herbs in bulk and make your own tea blend for enemas. As far as herbs that you can take for Rosacea, this stems from kidney lymphatic congestion. Anytime we see something happening with the skin, no matter what it is, it is likely happening because the eliminative pressure on the kidneys is too overwhelming and the body tries to eliminate waste, toxins, lymph, inflammation, etc. through the skin.
