My gameplan to add multiple 7 figures for my partners this year
Quick note: I posted this inside the paid Ronin group and got permission from Travis Sago to post this here too... wanted to make sure people here saw this because if you wanna make money with communities I've found this is the best way.
Hey y’all.
Been super busy lately and wanted to share a bit about what’s been happening.
If you haven’t seen what me and did recently for a creator…
I love being the growth partner for creators.
I focus on bringing in sales.
They focus on the content (which they’re usually very good at).
We make sales together, BOOM.
I’ve run multiple different types of campaigns before:
==> Big Ticket Email Mojo.
==> Virtual Auctions.
==> T3 Campaigns.
And although they’re all my babies there’s some drawbacks to each of them.
In my opinion, I think it really depends on your personality type and what type of work you enjoy doing.
I don’t consider myself the best offer creator or the best copywriter.
I don’t even consider myself that creative, honestly.
So for me personally I like marketing strategies that work without me having to be a genius.
Running these 3 Day Events consistently work for me and have a high success rate.
If you’ve been doing this for a long enough time you know how much it sucks when you run a campaign and it flops.
Expectations are high and you’re counting the future dollars but it bombs (ask me how I know LOL).
Even if you run that test and get 100’s of hand raisers it doesn’t always bring in the money.
And this can happen for many reasons. It’s hard to pinpoint the main cause.
Sometimes the audience isn’t warmed up enough to buy.
Or in other words, the golf balls are so far away that it feels like you’re tapping from the tee.
But the thing I’ve been doing that’s getting the best results right now?
3 Day Events.
Collaborating with the creator or coach so they do what they do best (teaching and giving ah-ha insights) while I focus on revenue generation.
Here's how that works.
Inviting people to a Skool group.
Structuring a 3-day free training that pre-sells people.
Drop a poll and get people to raise their hand.
EASY taps (because they’re already 90% sold so no long back and forth needed).
That’s basically it in a nutshell but if you want a more detailed explanation go check out the interview I did with Travis and Matt (note: You need to be inside Ronin to get access. Not a member yet? Use my affiliate link here).
Here’s what’s great about running these 3-Day Events (Or Challenges).
*THESE CAN WORK EVEN WITH SMALL AUDIENCES. I partnered up with the Blue Power Ranger and even though he had a small audience–I wanted to work with him for funsies (so I could say I worked with a Power Ranger). He had a super small audience but we still converted it selling a NEW $5,000 coaching program.
*YOU CAN RUN THESE OVER & OVER AGAIN. I sold out 6 High Ticket programs for the same coach back when Facebook groups were a thing. Every time we opened up a cohort we sold out every time using basically the same copy, scripts, and Google Doc. My partnership relationships last for years.
*IT'S SOMETHING JV’s ARE WILLING TO PROMOTE. The way we frame these 3 Day Events, it has very high perceived value. Even though we pitch, a lot of people get engaged and the chats go crazyyyyy. The last 6-figure event we did was a JV so the main guru didn’t even do the teaching (I can show you how we engineered that later). It's a free training so their audience gets value and is impactful.
*IT MAKES A LOT OF MONEY FOR US IN LITTLE TIME. Usually we have an open and close window for these just like a Rainmaker. So in a span of 14-21 days it’s super fun and exciting seeing all the sales come in.
Now, if you’re still reading you’re probably considering doing one of these 3 Day events yourself.
WARNING: BEFORE YOU DO THIS YOURSELF…
Let me rub some of the shiny off for you.
Doing these 3 Day Events requires:
*A lot of time and energy working with the creator. If you want to sit behind your desk in your dark room with a hoodie and not talk to anyone this probably wouldn’t be for you. I enjoy working with the people I partner with because there’s a lot of collaboration involved and it’s fun. You need to be a team player.
*You need to be a delegator. There are a lot of moving pieces to running this. Presentation slides, loading copy, getting access to assets, tapping, etc. I’d be ripping my hair out if I had to do everything myself. Whenever I run these I have 1-2 (very affordable) VA’s that help me.
*The problem-solver attitude. Not all of these go perfectly as planned. Sometimes we need to steer the ship based on the energy or response we’re getting. Sometimes you end up adding something last minute based on the data you’re getting. You need to have been a problem solver mindset and take initiative so the partner isn’t overwhelmed.
Is all that making sense?
The last interview we did going over 3 Day Challenges was super well received.
This is my game plan is to add 7 figures+ for my partners.
I have no doubt that we’ll be adding extra M’s in the next 6-12 months. Especially with all the SOP’s and steps I’ve got written, this will be easy to repeat over and over.
and I were talking recently about putting something together for Ronin that wanna become Rainmakers by adding 3 Day Events to their toolkit.
(adding this specific skillset can be very lucrative).
I’ve got templates, scripts, prompts, that are McDonald’ized so we can install this for partners we choose to work with.
But even with that being said, not all of these are exactly the same.
That’s why I’m thinking of doing an implementation workshop for Ronin that are interested in doing this for their partners.
No partner right now?
No problem. I’ve even got an email for people to send to their cold leads, existing partners, and previous partners.
You can easily send this to partners that you ran a test for and add an extra 6-figures in sales (as long as you ended the relationship on good terms of course).
If that’s something you’d be open to (where I help you implement this) drop something in the comments.
Or, if you think this idea is super lame let me know either way :)
Besides that, I hope you got value from this post.
I got my DM’s open for if you’ve got questions.
