Some peeps don't like selling (Part 2)
It's just not their jam. My creative genius friend and colleague @Honey Syed ...has figured out something super cool for his community. He gets other peeps to contribute. He gets other peeps to do ALL of the selling...(in a super cool way too) He collects RECURRING commish. ...and never has to sell or pitch anything. Here's what he's up to... In most communities, the leader is running one "STORE." They are like store owners who have to do EVERYTHING... ...including 100% of the SELLING But... @Honey Syed runs his community more like a MALL OWNER. He owns the "mall" and carefully selects store owners who have what his community NEEDS. He lets them set up "shop." His shop owners do 100% of the selling. And then he gets a FAT percentage of everything they sell. (Up to 50%) His shop owners are INCENTIVIZED to provide CONTENT in his communities so they get more traffic to their "store." Pretty dang cool, huh? I don't know for sure... But... From my own experience... Most community owners would make far MORE money... With a "Mall Model" and getting 30% to 50% of 3, 5 or more STORES than they would running just ONE of their own. Trying to do 100% of the selling and delivering, etc. Especially if selling isn't their jam. Of course... The community leader can have their own store if they WANT to do some selling too. With the Mall Model... They don't HAVE TO! Now... I know there are a lot more details. I've asked @Honey Syed if he'd be open to sharing his Mall Model with you (in depth) I'm thinking... "IF" there's enough interest... ...we could do an EVERYONE CAN WIN AUCTION? If we did it... 👉👉👉Would you bid $1? 👇👇👇

$20 million
If someone has $20 million... But... Still worries about money every other waking moment... Are they truly financially free? 👉Yes? 👉No? 👉Why? Understanding this was KEY in my own TRUE financial freedom. True understanding of financial freedom whacks YEARS off grueling travel on the hot, dusty road of financial DEPENDENCE. Is financial freedom a number? As so many retirement gurus suggest? Rooting For Ya, Travis

Freedom isn’t a number. It’s the gap between what you need and what you know you can produce.
What’s YOUR definition of “retirement”?
By my definition I retired at age 38… I will share my definition later… But what is YOUR definition? And bonus question 🙋‍♂️ When would you like to retire? 👇

First Popup Auction (Done!)
I ran my first auction (yesterday) after being inspired by @John Bejakovic who was inspired by @Travis Sago and some healthy dose of egging-on from @Chris Dyson Here's how things went down (Mountain Times) 1. Decided to run an auction to my 65-member Skool group (decision made: 1 AM) 2. Sent an email about it to my list at 6 AM 3. Made a poll inside the group around 7 AM (saying I'd run the auction at 12 PM if I had 15 votes) 4. Kept sending emails until I had enough new people in the group and enough votes by noon (final vote was 20 yeses) 5. Started auction at noon 6. Starting bid: $1 7. Ended auction at 2 PM 8. Winner got the main thing + some bonuses 9. I bagged $1,029 By the end of the auction, I had 92 members in the group (we started at 65, fyi). And today I'm $1,029 richer. Thank you, everyone. 😎✌️

LOD 1 - Needa save mom's biznis
I would appreciate help with this! So I just finished reading LOD 1 of getting leads and I cannot tell you how inspired and excited I am! Here's the story: mom's got a business selling arab coaches course on how to build a platform on gohighlevel and get traffic from ads and make sales that way. She also usually creates landing pages and runs ads for high quality coaches (who can afford her service). Here's the thing tho, she has a community of 2000 people and an email list of 20000. 1/20 has bought some sort of low ticket lead magnet from her ads. Now, the fact that 5% has purchased something, I reckon that's a good indicator. But on the other hand, they're inactive now ans she hadn't done anything with them for 3 months. Last time she sent out a mail none responded she said. On top of that, even the qualified people who can afford her service break her back by the words "please let me finance it over 3 months" (we're talking about $1-3k payments here). Now I am at kind of cross roads, because I know for SURE. We can squeeze out atleast a few grand out of this. However, I need to do so with least headache for my mom as possible. Here's why: She starting to hate her business because last few months she's barely breaking even. And a recent incident, my aunt was ran over by car and her situation is HORRENDOUS. She broke her legs, arms, fractured cranium, internal brain bleeding & shattered pelvis. She's in coma right now. I am using this anger to make the last dollar I can book a flight and go visit her before she leaves us. Should I find a way to sell her list my kind of offers, or rock with my mom's offers? I also am wondering how to start going about this. I was inspired with the example of "Do you need money today, tomorrow or future continues?" Should I just steal the example as is? Also, how can I get the stats for the emails, mom's ain't gone check the analytics for me so I need a simple way to check myself. As Travis always says: Dont overcomplicate and keep it simple. (I am no tech guy btw, so I need it to be simple).

When lists go quiet, you don’t wake them up with a pitch. You wake them up with truth. Send one email. Plain text. No links. Subject like: “Quick question” Body, something like: “I’m thinking of changing how I help coaches this year. Before I do, can I ask you something honestly? Right now, what do you need most? A) Cash now B) Better systems and traffic C) Long-term scale D) I’m stuck and don’t know Just reply with A B C or D.” That’s it. When people reply, then you sell. One by one. If they ask for payment plans, don’t fight it. Raise the price and offer structure. People asking to finance are telling you they want it.
