Travis said something on a call this week that stuck sideways in 's head and he shared it with me this morn’n.
A community doing $3,333 a month throws off the SAME annual cash as a million dollars sitting in a brokerage account at four percent. 🤯
And we don’t even have to wait 30 years for it to get to that point...
It can happen in WEEKS.
