F.I.R.E. Community = Shared Mission / Movement
Did a juicy comment on post about creating his mission based offer, and how his mission can be used for attraction and for the retention side of house... then said I should share this as a post...so here we go.
As we suggested on this post... the first thing we need is to create our 'Mission based offer',.
The Mission = "specific tribal identity" + "transformational result" + "unique plan"
It not only creates the mission for your people to be a part of on the front end (attraction)
But it also becomes the roadmap for how to run the community for engagement and retention.
Using skool (post here)...
He nailed it with "Cash Flow Creators" as the specific "tribal identity".
The "transformational result" = $100 to $2,000 a month (from income machines you can build from home after the kids go to bed." ) - i'd say $1k avg for easier visualization of promise.
Then with ownership and operation of "income machines" as the unique method, there's no limit to the trainings and offers you can fit inside that narrative. All models of getting there, from experts around the internet, can be stuffed in like a vending machine that cashflows each month to both parties, also proving the cashflow creator model at play.
Then... once you get them into the community, that's when you INDOCTRINATE them into the mission.
We don't want to just onboard them onto the platform and show them where they can access content...
We work to indoctrinate them into what it means to be a Cash Flow Creator and show them how to behave and belong so they feel like "one us us" and actually engage.
A Cash Flow Creator is someone who makes internet money with no fulfillment using income machines so that... (the WHY)
And then what do we DO = rituals. The rituals become sharing their attempts at implementing your income machine trainings.
Also good to work in some social rituals as well around the collective identity, like BTS of being a busy parent and working on bedtime money at late hours and showing off their weird "offices".
Then when it comes down to running the community, it's all about reinforcing WHO we are and WHERE we're going on this mission:
So if $2000/mo is the mission you're selling on the front end, I would create a hierarchy of what's possible to give them more to strive toward:
$2,000 = cushion. This makes you a 'Comfortable Cash Flow Creator'
$5,000 = debt destroyer. This makes you a _______ (+status)
$10,000 = investor. This makes you a ________ (++ status)
We don't just want to show them what's possible (ie. making $100 - $2k/mo) but we want them to want to achieve this out of FOMO to fit in and achieve a higher STATUS in the group.
By creating milestones and celebrating members who reach these with merch and plaques and shit, this makes your content more concrete and creates FOMO/motivation for newer members to take action.
Then as you post your rituals in the community each day, you can add "unifiers" to increase the 'us vs them' with custom slang and verbiage and symbolism that's unique to Cash Flow Creators. Lots of psychological bonding happens with a shared gang sign and your own inside lingo.
The adoption of identity mixed with the meaning and belonging they feel from going on the same mission with likeminded people together, is what makes them want to keep coming back to your community, not for the content... for the shared mission.
Then run auctions and poll tap for extra money plays 🔥
