I am so grateful for you, Matt, for taking the time to review my stuff. I resonated so much with what you had to say about the community feel and making the group private so that it creates a comfortable, exclusive, environment for my people. Thank you for the feedback on focusing on outcomes. I'm brainstorming those now....also as a teacher, I totally related to your story about the teacher career group. I also learned so much from this process that I can apply to my own group. So helpful all around. Thank you so so much 💚.
