I Broke Down The ICM Folder Structure As I Understand It
I spent the better part of this month using it in my Claude Code workflow.
I have a lot going on:
Started putting content on Youtube.com/@rymachq
I was working on Closectl yesterday and I started noticing a drift and something wasn't right. So I had Claude audit through my ICM and it found a bunch of drifts and things that we're fighting against each other.
So I explained it like so this is basically a desk that had too much shit on it?
And it said yep, and then took my desk analogy and broke it down. So I made a video explaining it.
I have it in the Build and market part of the course but dropping it here too since people don't go through all of those videos.
I also use Jake's reanimation workflow to make that video.
