I Broke Down The ICM Folder Structure As I Understand It
I spent the better part of this month using it in my Claude Code workflow. I have a lot going on: Closectl.com Allodra.ai Sierra6ai.com Started putting content on Youtube.com/@rymachq I was working on Closectl yesterday and I started noticing a drift and something wasn't right. So I had Claude audit through my ICM and it found a bunch of drifts and things that we're fighting against each other. So I explained it like so this is basically a desk that had too much shit on it? And it said yep, and then took my desk analogy and broke it down. So I made a video explaining it. I have it in the Build and market part of the course but dropping it here too since people don't go through all of those videos. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tvvaOCK_Z50 I also use Jake's reanimation workflow to make that video.

Lesson Check-In: ICM Folder Simple Explanation
I have been implementing Jake Van Clief's ICM Folder system into my workflow. I really didn't know what I was doing I knew things seem to get better. I finally figured it out and broke it down in the way that I have to think about it. Thoughts / feedback below

Lesson Check In: Pricing Your Offer
You just learned how to research your niche (or potential niche) and price your offer. The cool thing is that it sets up the next stage, creating the offer page + things to use in sales... The fun part. Questions or comments?

I do the research on a niche or vertical and then attack that vertical based on the research. That way you know their language and numbers. So even if you serve several niches, you want to understand each niche. I always understand the niche first then when you have the meeting with someone in that niche you research them for a 15 or so minutes before hand. Understanding the niche takes more in depth research. If you are always talking to the same niche then you'll pick up on things specific to them the more you speak with them. For instance, when I went after chiropractors (I helped build patitenacquistion.ai and closed a bunch of those chiros) - I did all of my research and then through emailing and texting them I started picking up they always talked in NP's (new patients) so then I was able to add NP's into my sales messaging. The research skill will fan out the sub agents and look for numbers, margins, pains, complaints, the amount in the niche, the lower median and upper income vs employee sizes and the pains of each etc.
