-The layup: warm referral and check book is out waiting, you simply just don't have to curse her out to close the deal (easy)
-The chatty mcatty: will become your friend and you thought you had a good call but you made a friend instead of a deal if you're not careful (sneaky tough)
-Respectful but hard to read: has been burned in the past, will hear you out, be short with you but respectful but needs to be closed the right way (hard)
-Impatient and pushy: The "get to the point" and just goes straight into pressuring you into a price without letting you actually figure out anything or present anything - advanced
You will be able to plug in details of the avatar that fits your market so you can present your thing but they will have the easy to hard types of prospects built in.
