I'm Glad to be here

Good morning!! Thank you for accepting me into your group. I am ready to hit the ground running and learn as much as I can.

I do have a possible deal in OKC. I have done a small commercial deal but I got really lucky on it. I would like to learn the best way to comp commercial property and I'd be willing to JV with someone if we can get an offer made and the deal across the finish line.
