Hello fine people!

My name is Tim. I’m here to learn all I can from the rockstars in here. Meaning everyone. I have flipped some houses and I discovered that I don’t really want to do that type of investing anymore. I am interested in using creative finance methods to purchase cash flowing multi family. I’m excited to learn and grow here.
