I have an 11-unit mixed use property that is brand new construction (in a great area) under contract.

I am looking for a partner who would be willing to provide their info to my lender so the loan can get finalized and approved.

There would be no time or capital commitment required (as I will handle it).

For your help, I am willing to pay you $10K at closing. We can close within 3-4 weeks with my lender.
