Energy Healing

I had a great gift last night. I got an energy healing from someone who is learning and I got to be one of her practice. The last time I had one, I didn't get any information after and that isn't how I operate. This time she asked me what I felt. I left like a scanner pass over me twice. Then I felt the energy around each chakra shift and lighten. I also felt like threads were being pulled out from my wrists. And the whole time, it felt like each hand was being held and gentley rubbed.

She told me she had done two passes and it starts at the feet. As she was doing this, one of my spirit guides joined. She said it had a female engery, it laid its hands over her's as she worked. Then the spirit guide left. She described it as a pur white light being and that had been her first experience. I was so excited because most of the time I feel so alone. I tried to connect to find out what it was but I instantly went to sleep. Again, absorbing without being conscious. LOL

There was no real point except to share. Again, being the weird one, sometimes you can't get the excited response you would like! I know this group would appreciate it!
