Alien dream visitation

I'm pretty sure I was visited by a tall grey in my dreams last night. It was kind of scary during the dream cause I was seeing something unusual and as much as I tried to turn every light switch on that I could find, either they didn't work or were very dim. With post dream reflection, I don't think it was trying to scare me cause it was like it kept running away from me like around corners and such, but just wanting me to catch little glimpses of it to see who they are without being too frightening. Also, I and several others in my dream were chasing after it trying to find it...it wasn't chasing us.

Later on in the night, as I was starting to drift off to sleep, I was in that in between awake and asleep state and I heard a distinct slightly nerdy male voice, in my head, say that they were from a small faction in Zeta Riticuli...and then I snapped fully awake.

Today, I had to look up if there were any known 'good' species from Zeta Riticuli cause it seems people mostly talk about the more negative greys from there. To my surprise, there are actually quite a bit of known positive ones that are all for the betterment of humanity and that actually reside in higher frequencies then the abduction greys.

Oh, also, not sure if this is related or not, but before I went to sleep last night, I felt this tingly numbing sensation throughout my body..mainly in my neck, shoulders and legs. I generally have a lot of stiffness in my neck and shoulders, so it actually felt quite nice.
