Hey guys am in a bit of a pickle. I strength train Monday, with upper doing compounds lifts and plyo. On Tuesday I am busy and can't do either strength training or MMA training. On Wednesday I train MMA for about 1 hour 45 minutes. Thursday is open, but I might make it a cardio training day. Friday is more MMA training for 1 hour 30 min. Saturday is Strength training lower, and then Sunday in rest + mobility. I want to add another MMA training day but don't know when to add it? Any help or tips is greatly appreciated.
