And this Ladies and Gentlemen is why we need more affordable housing units in this country. You see this? This person is going through a transition in life so limited on clean, safe, and affordable housing options. He’s currently staying at an Extended Stay and paying $390.00 per week! 🤯 That’s $1560.00 per month for a room. The most they would pay for one of my rooms is $275.00 per week and that includes utilities, free parking and free laundry onsite.
