Registered Sex Offenders – A specialized group with limited housing options. Only consider if your property meets all legal requirements and you’re prepared to manage carefully. Transitioning Tenants (Divorcees, Job Relocators, Students) – Usually short-term but low-maintenance if move-in is simple and communication is clear.
