@Kellie Morris let's say the property does not need repairs, yes there are other rooms in the area priced similar to this deal, mortgage is $2300 per month, taxes are included in the mortgage payment, and insurance is $110.00 per month.

The answer: We need more information before making a decision. The revenue looks promising, but revenue alone doesn’t tell us if it’s a good deal. Before buying, we need to know: ✅ Monthly expenses (taxes, insurance, utilities, maintenance) ✅ Financing terms and mortgage payment ✅ Property condition and needed repairs ✅ Local rental demand and regulations ✅ Actual cash flow after expenses Let's ask more than, “How much rent does it make?” We also need to ask: “How much money does this property put in my pocket each month?”
