@Kellie Morris let's say the property does not need repairs, yes there are other rooms in the area priced similar to this deal, mortgage is $2300 per month, taxes are included in the mortgage payment, and insurance is $110.00 per month.

In the News...Goldman Sachs Buys a Coliving Company
When institutional money buys certain asset classes you know it can be an indicator of more purchases to come. This was in Europe, but I believe they are testing the waters and if all goes well start buying in the U.S.. Just like us, they are also looking for strong cash flowing assets to acquire!
