Every spring, Team Survivor Northwest hosts the Stronger Together Fitness Retreat at the beautiful IslandWood Retreat Center on Bainbridge Island in Washington State. 🌿 This retreat is for women at any point in their cancer journey. It’s a weekend filled with joy, empowerment, and community. At the retreat there will be a wide range of activities and speakers and classes. I will be teaching one of the classes! The Fitness Retreat is open to all, whether this is your first time hearing about TSNW or you’ve been part of our community for years.
