Ingredients (Makes 8 Servings)
• ½ cup cashews (ground)
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 2 red apples (cut into 1-inch thick slices, 4 per apple)
• 1 tsp homemade Nutella (drizzled on top)
Instructions
1. Cut apples into 8 total slices (4 per apple).
2. Grind the cashews and mix them with the peanut butter and coconut oil.
3. Spread the cashew mixture over each apple slice.
4. Drizzle with homemade Nutella.
5. Enjoy!
