I have just come of a 3 week outdoor course which meant I had no time for serious trading but I did lots of running press ups and Russian twists on the course, ended with a half marathon on the last day, been a few days and im gonna do some workouts before I head on a work trip for a week starting sat,
Even though I haven’t been able to be as focused on my calisthenics at the moment I’m feeling pretty good about getting properly stuck into it once I’m back from the work trip.
Something I learnt on my course is that it is more about enjoying the process and showing up rather than results and that’s what I’m going to focus on.
