I have just come of a 3 week outdoor course which meant I had no time for serious trading but I did lots of running press ups and Russian twists on the course, ended with a half marathon on the last day, been a few days and im gonna do some workouts before I head on a work trip for a week starting sat, Even though I haven’t been able to be as focused on my calisthenics at the moment I’m feeling pretty good about getting properly stuck into it once I’m back from the work trip. Something I learnt on my course is that it is more about enjoying the process and showing up rather than results and that’s what I’m going to focus on.

Ok this one covers 2 days and due to a course it will be a while (a month or so) till my next I have been busy packing and cleaning as well as wrapping up school things, but still managed to fit in a good stretch yesterday and today and also an Ab workout today. That’s all do the moment

Hi I recently joined I’m working mainly on press handstands at the moment as I transferred from men’s gymnastics so I had a good base in hand stands. I did compressions in straddle and pike to build the core muscles and scapular pushups to work through the shoulders more I also did standard press ups and tried my first frog stands. (Got holding for 5 seconds) As well as this I also am working on flexibility current goal is splits all the ways and I’m getting closer (flexibility is my strong suit I used to have all my splits and can do some other things the are kinda creepy lol) Posting to hold accountability I will be on a course from Monday (nz time) so will be mia for a while during that but no time to start like the present
