Stretching
So I was searching for a 5 min routine for every day so i can stretch and make my body more mobile. But I heard a thing about stretching for warm up dynamics are the best and after the workout for cool down the static stretching is said to be the best. Is that true? If yes can you guys tell me some kind of stretchings? I want to be more mobile😅.
