My only problem with handstand
So basically, my hips aren't strong enough so whenever I try to do handstands ( press handstands ) my hip automatically goes too much behind and I get into the banana position making me lose balance and fall, so please if anybody got advice to strengthen my hips and fix banana handstand lmk
