Hi I recently joined
I’m working mainly on press handstands at the moment as I transferred from men’s gymnastics so I had a good base in hand stands.
I did compressions in straddle and pike to build the core muscles and scapular pushups to work through the shoulders more I also did standard press ups and tried my first frog stands. (Got holding for 5 seconds)
As well as this I also am working on flexibility current goal is splits all the ways and I’m getting closer (flexibility is my strong suit I used to have all my splits and can do some other things the are kinda creepy lol)
Posting to hold accountability I will be on a course from Monday (nz time) so will be mia for a while during that but no time to start like the present
