Am i close to human Flag?? Had 2 training sessions before this, pretty intensive with 3 x max pull ups etc so could i do human Flag on a good day where i would not have trained before?? Because i work the coming three days my next try would be Friday and i am thinking to not train in the morning just because i would be at my strongest when trying full human Flag and get horizontal. Or does training before not matter that much?
Also is the technique correct?
It may seem i am taking it too serious but i am just very hyped to finally get one of my dream skills
