5 ways to use the Emotional Intelligence Challenge
This week and were talking about the 30 Day Challenges from the Classroom and suggested that a challenge of 30 days might feel too long for some clients. (You can read the post here 😊)
It got me thinking about how this resource can be used in day-to-day coaching.
If 30 days feels too long, instead of giving clients the full challenge, you could take just one page and use it as a weekly coaching exercise.
A client struggles with emotional reactions in conversations.
You could use the exercise where they pause during the day and write down:
⭐ what emotion they felt
⭐ what caused it
Then you review the pattern together in the next session and this page becomes a coaching tool.
Or you might use just the first 5 days of the challenge as a short client exercise. The templates are fully editable, so pages can be removed or adjusted to fit your coaching style.
I wrote a short help sheet showing a few ways this challenge could be used inside coaching sessions. If you'd like a copy of the help sheet, grab it here.
The full Emotional Intelligence Challenge is available inside Premium, along with the full coaching template library you can edit and use with your clients.
Tell me, how would you use something like this with your clients?
