This week and were talking about the 30 Day Challenges from the Classroom and suggested that a challenge of 30 days might feel too long for some clients. (You can read the post here 😊) It got me thinking about how this resource can be used in day-to-day coaching.
If 30 days feels too long, instead of giving clients the full challenge, you could take just one page and use it as a weekly coaching exercise.
A client struggles with emotional reactions in conversations.
You could use the exercise where they pause during the day and write down:
⭐ what emotion they felt
⭐ what caused it
Then you review the pattern together in the next session and this page becomes a coaching tool.
Or you might use just the first 5 days of the challenge as a short client exercise. The templates are fully editable, so pages can be removed or adjusted to fit your coaching style.
I wrote a short help sheet showing a few ways this challenge could be used inside coaching sessions. If you'd like a copy of the help sheet, grab it here. Tell me, how would you use something like this with your clients?
