Listing A Mobile Home
I'm a relatively new full-time agent. I have a client who wants to sell their mobile home. At first, my brokerage assumed that we would not be able to list it for the client and that we'd have to direct them to the park management office and try to win the buy side from it. But, I spoke to the park management office today who said they specifically directed the client to consult a realtor for their mobile home sale. I did ask my brokerage for advice, although they're a bit slow to respond today and the client needs to list it quickly.
I've only ever listed houses, does anyone have any advice on how to go about this?
What questions should I be asking?
What documents should I obtain from the client and management office to give this listing the best shot?
Does this need to be cash-only?
What is the best way to prepare comps for this property type?
Thank you in advanced for help 🙏
