Texas has just tightened its telemarketing regulations. Here’s what businesses need to know:
📞 Lawful sales calls can only be made:
- Weekdays & Saturdays: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Sundays: 12 p.m. (noon) – 9 p.m.
💬 These restrictions apply not only to phone calls but also to certain digital outreach, including text messages.
❌ Contacting consumers outside these windows is now considered unlawful under SB 140.
