I haven't posted in a while we have been busy. We just finished a Wonka Birdhouse and I'm happy to say it has it's first guest! It's cut on the Onefinity CNC, we mundified the file from Woodsmith. This is a fun project!!!!

I had my Uncle ask me for a sign for his farm. I was with hesitation, at first. But then thought I need to get out there. I was with hesitation because family. I don't want to let anyone down, right...here is what I have so far. I was sent this picture and created this. It missing something, and I crash Fusion 360 if I get to detailed.

Decided to try out Cutting It Close Workshop, ColorCore HDPE Plastic. Here is a picture using the red, white, red 12" x 24" sheet. I used a 1/8" O Flute bit for all the carving. Mills very nice. CNC Machine: Altmill 4 x 4.
